My way is probably not the best way, but I just kinda push everything away. My feelings, I mean. Push them all away and feel as little as I can while I work through whatever it is I'm going through. Hm...I don't think I'm recommending it though, so I'm no help here. Sorry _________________ Sometimes I don't think birds are really talking to each other. They are just making fun of police sirens.

It's your age believe me Stacey! I think I can vouch for most of us that we all felt like that during our teens into, well in my instance, into my twenties! My favourite word was (and still is) 'sorry' !! Even if it ISN'T my fault lol.....I was very insecure when younger, and no matter how much Paul told me he loved me I would still worry he he was going to bugger off and leave me, and we are still together 27 years later!! lol.. I like you, used to get upset at the slightest and did my own head in at times too lol.
It DOES get better as you mature, and your hormones all settle down. You'll learn to relax and accept what will be will be in your own time, you can't force it. Also thinking that even if your relationship did fall apart and you became single, well single isnt THAT bad! Least you get to do what you want lol and no matter how much you love someone, if it's not meant to be, then it wont be, and there is always someone for everybody ...............hope this helps, sorry if it doesn't lol xxxx _________________

Serenity 's right ! what will be will be , as your young it's all part of learning that the life we plan for ourselves doesn't always happen , relationships go wrong doesn't neccasarly mean one's at fault it just wasn't meant to be , as you grow your views change , Why worry that you will be single nobody know's , sometimes being on you own is good take it as learning phase get to know yourself , whats important to you what you want from your partner your future does he want the same ! no-ones perfect , rem the old saying " there's plenty more fish in the sea " go have fun with your friends don't tie yourself down with worries ! life is for living not worrying .
Tip I found that works pretty well if your relationship as broken down DON'T sit about feeling sorry for yourself get your glad rags and go out dress up to the nines feel good /attractive if you bump into the ex put a smile on your face (if even your hurting ) don't show him it will make him think twice at what he's lost . best wishses. |

yeah i think its gotta be my hormones i think i'm in the 'growing-to-an-adult-and-its-not-as-easy-as-i-thought' stage lol i keep thinking how easy it was when i was younger, no pressure, no stress!
well my relationship is fine, i just wish i wouldn't worry about losing my relationship over small things cos it means a lot to me, i think i need to realise that sometimes everything can't be perfect, i actually upset my boyfriend by saying 'you could always get rid of me for a different girlfriend' - as a joke! but it really upset him and i feel really guilty for that cos i now realise how un-funny it is, i seem to be getting everything wrong lately and saying the wrong things at the wrong time! _________________ *+ I wish that I could touch the sky, Elevate me +*

| sounds to me you are putting yourself done , low self esteem , confidence think back to something that might have triggered this of , b/f said something g/f put you down stop worrying if your b/f didn't care about you he wouldn't get upset when you tell him to get another girlfriend ! like you say loads of changes happening within your body that (hormones ) have a lot to answer for . your prob not getting things wrong but are convincing yourself that you are ! don't worry we've all been there , you'll be fine . |

You sound like I was at your age Stacey, full of self doubt! Believe in yourself and others will follow suit, put yourself down enough and others will too. Just be happy in the moment, and don't think about things so much. Easy to say harder to do, but soon you'll be wise and OLD like us lot lol life goes by so quickly. You'll look back one day and laugh at yourself like we all do No one said growing up was easy...even if we all THOUGHT it would be ! _________________

hehe thanks
i think its cos he's my first boyfriend aswell which makes me so worried about losing him! i need to relax a bit i think, i need to keep telling myself if something goes wrong or not how i want it to be they'll always be a way around it - positive thinking now but i lose all that when i get upset or stressed! grrrr!
