Children are miracles

Today in Psychology, my friend was carrying around her poster about Carlos Santana (she had to do a presentation) and she was telling me about his various charities and stuff, and she mentioned the phrase 'children are miracles'. I've heard it before, of course, but this time the thought popped into my head "When do we stop being miracles?" I mean, you never hear someone saying adolescents are miracles, or adults or the elderly. So when does a person stop being one? When they become teenagers? I asked my friend this, and she said she didn't know, but perhaps it's something to do with their innocence and potential for things in life. So at some point, does our loss of innocence and various decisions lead us to the point where we have to pass on the mantle of 'miracle' to the next generation? We were all kids at one point; what do you think?

Children are miracles until they start answering you back lol then they become little buggers !!! I think the word ' children' sums it up, In my opinion you're a child until you become a teenager, then you become a young adult and then it's a case of being miraclulous, you've made it that far lol!
