Chronicles Open EveningHi people. Well the day has finnally arrived, or at least it will arrive on the 1st April. Yes i know it's April fools day. But what the hell are we talking about? It's the grand opening of the new upgraded version of our successful forum. Why the Dangly End Chronicles of course. It now uses the latest version of phpBB3. We have all new templates for members to choose from. More goodies will be available just as soon as we can impliment them. We at the Chronicles think you'll like the new layout and some of the facilities that are available.
To celebrate this momentous occasion we are having an OPEN EVENING. What do we mean? Well just what it says. An OPEN EVENING is were anyone can come along and chat with friends. Yes we said anyone, even if your not a member you can still join in the fun. As a one night special, non-members can read posts and reply to them enabling them to join in the fun without having to be a member. You won't unforetunately get any oif the benefits the members do, such as posting pictures, downloading or uploading files. But then to join is so much easier. It's free and only takes a minute of your time.

Hi folks. 'It's that bloody man again' i hear you cry. Well yes, but only in the fact that i'm reporting in to say i'm now well again. 'Didn't know you were ill' i hear you cry. Well that is partly my fault for not doing the rounds and telling everyone that i was going to be off ill for a few days. As you know, amongst other things i have C.O.P.D. Well to top that this time i had a chest infection and Bronchitus as well. So breathing was very very hard. And i don't mind telling you i was scared out of my wits. There was a couple of times when i really thought my number was up. Still, better now, well, 80% better.
Another reason i'm posting this is to say that because of the change over on the 1st April the site will be down on 31st March (tomorrow) to do some last minute maintainance. Sorry for the inconvenience.

nope didn't know you were unwell , glad your on the mend and sending you bucketfuls of healing , Will be into have a look round in a couple of day's or so,

Yes I saw it mentioned on your site Seymour but when I tried to open the post to read more it shut down....grrrrrr.
Glad to hear you are better now. My hubby had that a couple of years ago and he was pretty bad - borderline hospital actually and he doesn't have COPD.

The wife insisted i went to the hospital when it all started because my breathing was very bad or virtually non existant. But i refused and said i wanted to be at home. Should of gone really i suppose.
