Hello everyoneWhat a carry on I have had. I firstly must apologise for not posting that I would be off-line for a wee while but I have been off longer than I thought
We got a new TV and an HD box from Sky and they offered a package including broadband which my husband accepted. What a nightmare. My old service provider cut me off earlier than expected and I couldn't get the internet. My new provider sent a new router which we had to use - which is rubbish - and there were cables missing from the box which they sent us so we had to wait for replacements!!!. I was also in the throes of gutting the room which I use as an office and getting it decorated ec. so had to disconnect everything and move it out. The new provider works ok on one of the PC's but not on the other one - apparently the wireless strength is now causing problems here. (maybe Seymour's knowledge here???)
I'm sick of the whole thing particularly if Sky don't do something about it and we need to change again.
My moan is now over - I hope everyone is well

Oh poor you Hannah, what a pallava! Theres nothing worse than being without internet, what did we do before? lol...How bad of SKY not to send the full equipment package, thats not a very good start is it  We have a wireless set up, the main router being on my pc then a pc beside and a pc upstairs picks up the signal with the plug in dongles. We've never had a problem with connectivity, usually they are pretty good Hannah, lets hope you get yours sorted soon!

Welcome back Hannah , sorry to hear the probs your having I"m with sky and evreything went ok , hope yours is sorted soon .
