I WON YIPPEEBored at w/end I browsed the pages and went on My OFFERS clicked on ticked few boxes and tonight I got a phone call to inform me I;ve won a free pampering day in London it includes hair, makeup and photo at studio 64 . I can take a friend get wine and meal . make up done by Sam Newman (cosmopoltion mag) photo's by Ian Black I have a year in which to take up the offer , if I don't want the prize I can transfer to a friend no chance !!!! as the big 50 is this year I 'm gonna have my pampering day close to my birthday can purchase the pic's from £49 apparently the prize is worth £600 it sounded genuine unless you know diff ?

Sounds pretty genuine Julie, well done! I've heard of a few people winning these, they get their money from and IF you buy the photos after, as they are quite expensive. I remember someone going and thought she got one photo, but she didnt get any, she had to pay if she wanted one. Still its great to be pampered for the day, and as long as you set yourself a limit as to how much you want to spend on the photos after I think you will be fine! Make sure the person who goes with you, knows this limit and stops you from overspending, you know what us women are like!! Enjoy it chick!!

I had my daughters make -over done about 10yr ago now at Olan MILLS and they cost £200 if I haven't got the money to purchase any I want then the extended family can buy them for my birthday haha

ooh sounds awesome red! WTG and have fun! tip: if they want you to pay huge $$ for a photo..let them take it, say you are not happy with it then wait til they walk away and take a close up of the portrait with your digital camera, then get that pic blown up  always works for me!

Surprise I got a phone call from them last night they leave it to the end of the month to give you the oppurtunity to back out (no chance paid the £48 which you get back ) took all my details and name of whose going with me and will send the tickets on . just need to let them know what date will be going .

We had a place called Studio 2000 here which did the same thing. I won a free sitting in which I could bring a friend, I took my daughter. It was 12 years ago now, just after my 40th birthday and my daughter was 18. We had a lovely time, hair done, make up and we virtually had the run of the wardrobe dept. But we generally stuck to our own clothes anyway. No meal though. If I remember we did get offered some wine.
Anyhow a month or 2 later we had to go in to view the photos, they were really lovely photos and a lovely price....over $2000 for the lot. Yes the sitting was free but the photos cost BIG money!!
We got some and let the rest go. It's hard though, when they are you and your daughter and when they are so nicely done, you want them all! LOL

WAAAAAAAH got my vouchers through today booked in for 1st august , my daughters coming with me and she gets hers done to , its near convent gardens 3/4 hrs of pampering (need about 8hrs for me haha) take up change of clothes for pics ,casaul evening wear etc but he best bit is prices start from £49 already paid that so at least get 1 pic or packages at £149 + daughter suggested we stay up their for w/end and take in a show bonus my sis lives in london so can stay with her , be great if I could get pic done with my daughter can't wait !!!!!!
