PMSL @ Steph you sound like me when I first started out years ago on sites with these 'cheeky moos' I made a post quite similar on another site and found slang sites all over the net to help with the interpretations Now I'm just down right 'chuffed' with the whole lot and pretty familiar with what the 'crikey' they are on about!
Seriously tho, if you have any questions with interpreting just ask I'll prob be able to help ya out if not, someone else will for sure...that's how we learn

Thanks Haha, the other day I was talking to a friend from Australia, and he was telling me he was making jelly, so I was confused and asked him 'how?' and he said with instant jelly packets..in my mind I was thinking "I thought jelly took a while to make, what with the preserves and fruit and whatnot that goes into it.." and so I said "wow, i'd rather just buy jelly already made at the store rather than make it myself" Lmao, I guess now I know he probably was talking about Jell-O instead of jelly as I think of it...

yup more than likely Jelly to us is the same as Jam but in a more liquid form.
But I bet you could still put Jell-O on toast tho!

Great stuff Steph, although a thong in the UK is the same as the US, an item of underwear. I used to look in , when in American films you'd here them refer to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, ..especially as our jelly is your jello...it sounded disgusting....all is clear now lol
