EczemaDoes anyone here suffer from it?
I suffer from contact dermatitus of the hands, but I've now got a patch about 6 inches square on my back, above waistline spreading out from my spine  I'm assuming its excema, I havent had a doc diagnose it yet. It's terribly itchy and feels raised under the skin, so I suppose I better go and see him. Just wondered if anyone else suffered, and if they knew of anything that was good at getting rid of it or at least keeping it at bay?

E45 cream works for me
Although i only get bad bouts of it on my hands when im really stressed/nervous so might be different senario

Serenity I get it now and again usually when under a lot of stress , like Littlemiss I use E45 and bathe in oillatuim , also I went to a chinese herbilist who told me that I have a hot belly ( I KNOW CRAZY) and to avoid red meat when I have a breakout as this makes belly hotter and causes more ezcema !!!! anywhy she made this stuff up for me which looks like leaves ,twigs and stuff boil it up and drink , its digusting but have to admit it worked !!!!! only prob its about £30 a time have you tried alternative meds ? my sis gets it bad and she swears by this stuff but as she lives in LOndon it costs twice as much but it works .

Thanks for your suggestions  I'll try some E45 first to see if it helps, the herbal stuff sounds good and I have heard people swear by it, but ouch its expensive! So if the E45 don't work I'll pop and see what doc says xxxxxx

I used to use Cyclax it's for extreme dry skin as i have eczema on my right shin but i haven't been able to find it here anywhere yet  . At the minute i'm using E45 as well, it helps a little but the itch doesn't go away that quickly.
