I posted this in our forum but thought i might post it here as well.
The trouble with Mick is, this COPD he's got has knocked him for six this time and I'm really worried about him. His personality has taken a tumble. He seems to think deep down that noone cares about him. He's still life and soul but that's what he's thinking deep down. It scares me cos i'm wondering what else is gonna go wrong. I don't know what i'd do without him he's my rock, and without a foundation the building crumbles.
My names Jackie btw. _________________ Jackie |

Thanx Pompeylil. In fact you've all been so very kind it's hard not to shed a tear. I know there's one other thing that's bugging Mick and it's quite spooky. It gave me the colly-wobbles when i heard it.
Mick's Grandmother on his father's side, died before Mick was born so he ever knew her, but, and this is the spooky bit, She died at the age of 52 at 4.00pm on june 15th. His father was 18 at the time and was the youngest of 2 boys, his brother being 6 years older than him.
Mick's dad, died at the age of 52 at 4.00pm on june 15th. Mick is the youngest of 2 boys, his brother being 6 years older.......................Mick was 18 at the time.
And i case your wondering, Mick is 49 at the moment, he has 3 children by a previous marriage, twin boys now 18 and a daughter who's 16. When Mick is 52 his daughter will be 18.
Now that brings a chill to my spine just thinking about it. _________________ Jackie |

I'd have to look at that from the other side, although the first two are eeiry coincidences, I would say Mick has broken the chain. Because when he is 52 it will be his daughter who is 18....it should be when his SON is 18 to follow on with the coincidence, so you've foiled any masterplan of the gods with that one lol

HI Miss P
I had a friend who years ago became a little obssessed with this age thing as well because of similarties with dates etc father, uncles. The age he had in his mind was the age of 49 and the more that age came closer the more subdued he became and no-one could tell him anything different. - however this came and went without mishap and he is still going strong. I know he didn't feel comfortable till he had passed 49 and nothing happened but it does just go to show that the mind can dwell on things, when people are a low ebb that never comes to pass. Similarities and coincidences do occur but that doesn't mean to say that things will happen. know at times like these that albeit it is easier to talk than do you both have to look at things from a positive outlook. Our friend Tom looks back on his episode and wonders why he allowed himself to think like this
Love to you both
