| OOOK, here is an update. My brother told Z yesterday that he wanted to break up. Z spent like an hour (Josh, Lewis, Z, and I were all on the phone) begging him not to do it, he kept saying 'idk idk idk' and me and Josh just kinda sat there..listening..lending helpful advice when appropriate. Anywho. I get back from my exam and my sister Britney calls me and says that Angie (Z's friend) was telling Lewis and Josh that Z was dead. Finito. Done for. | High Blood Pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease |
i don't know if it helps heart disease or not, but i recently learnt that asprin can be used as an anti-contalgilant (spelling?), which can reduce the chance of heart attack as makes blood thinner or something so that the heart doesn't have to pump so hard to get the blood around the body & to the brain.
though should be careful with asprin if the persons asthmatic as could kick start an asthma attack.
i've also heart that chillis thin the blood, so would probably have same affect.

| For those of you who are interested Ive been putting together a new chitchat forum that has its 'own' arcade. So far I've managed to add a 100 games to it theres another 150 to go. The forum is pretty empty but I will be filling it with topics to chat on. But primarily its for us to play games in against each other and hopefully in the future put some tournamets together. So I've been getting into metal lately! I was checking up on Epica, looking for songs I haven't heard yet, and that got me looking into more bands of the same type...so here are some that I like.
I've been an Epica fan for a few years now. They are a Dutch symphonic gothic metal band, and the singer Simone Simmons has an amazing operatic voice. This is one of their newer songs:
